My parents are pretty awesome, or well, my mom is. I went to prom last year and she bought everything, dress, jewelry, shoes, hair appointment, makeup…everything. I had so much fun, my ex-boyfriend came to pick me up and there wasn’t a whole “You have to be home by, blah blah blah” talk She just let me go. I even went to the after party, I can’t believe she let me stay out until 3 am. This year, I’m going again, but since we spent so much last year, my mom said I can go but she’ll only pay for the dress. I think that’s pretty cool because at least she’s letting me go. My mom is always really cool about this stuff, she knows I’ll be smart and if something goes wrong she know’s I’ll call.
